Fill A Temporary General Manager of Operations Role

Minesa found themselves in the position of needing a temporary General Manager of Operations at their Soto Norte project in Colombia, to run their business until their permanent GMO was available to take up the role.

Their challenge was that this was a senior role, on a temporary basis, that they did not have suitable internal staff to fulfil. With Resolve Mining Solutions they identified that the scope of role would include; the creation of a work plan for operational readiness; technical assessment of the viability of the FS and execution concept for operability; ensure the timely delivery of the Feasibility study and implementation plan for the operation of the mine and processing plant; to provide leadership and mentoring to the Colombia based project team.
